Our foremost allegiance is to the truth. The VoiceUp editorial desk mandates rigorous multi-source verification for all investigative and political reporting. We do not publish unsubstantiated rumors, and we actively work to contextualize facts to prevent misleading narratives.
2.0 Editorial Independence
VoiceUp News maintains a strict firewall between our editorial desk and our commercial operations. Our journalism is never dictated, influenced, or previewed by advertisers, political entities, or corporate sponsors. Any sponsored content (advertorials) is visually distinct and explicitly labeled.
3.0 Sources and Attribution
We prioritize on-the-record sourcing. The use of anonymous sources is reserved strictly for situations where the information is of vital public interest and the source faces credible threats of retaliation. We never plagiarize, and we systematically attribute quotes, data, and media to their original creators.
4.0 Accountability and Corrections
Transparency is critical to public trust. When we make a factual error, we commit to correcting the record swiftly, prominently, and without caveat. We remain accountable to our readership and provide accessible channels for the public to contest our reporting or request a right of reply.
