Governor of Niger State, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago led the State government delegation to the three day Fida’u for late Chairman, National Population Commission, Dr. Aminu Yusuf held at the Minna Central Mosque.

Chief Imam of Minna, Malam Isah Jibril who led the prayer session prayed that Allah in his infinite mercy forgives the shortcomings of the deceased and grant him entry into Aljannat Firdaus.
Malam Jibril also prayed for the family of the deceased and for Allah to comfort them over the loss.
The Imam also prayed for other departed souls as well as for Allah to continue to guide the farmer governor in steering the affairs of the State.
The farmer governor also led the delegation to the family residence of the deceased where he commiserated with them and offered words of encouragement.
He described the passing of late Dr. Aminu as destiny from Allah and urged them to remain steadfast in offering prayers for the repose of his soul.
The farmer governor equally paid a visit to one of the wives of the deceased who is recuperating at a hospital.
