2027: Bago support group appoints Atuga to drive protocol, grassroots mobilisation

The Like Minds Support Group for Bago 2027 and all APC flag bearers has appointed Mr. Abubakar Ndanusa, popularly known as Coach Atuga, as Secretary of its Protocol and Events Committee ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The group said the appointment was based on Ndanusa’s proven track record, experience, dedication and commitment to progressive ideals.

In a letter conveying the appointment, signed by the group’s Chairman, Comrade Usman Muhammed Sani, the organisation said Ndanusa was expected to deploy his experience towards strengthening its activities and mobilisation efforts.

The new committee secretary is saddled with the responsibility of coordinating special duties, mobilising grassroots support and executing strategic assignments as may be directed by the leadership of the group.

The group expressed confidence that his contribution would support efforts to secure the victory of Niger State Governor, Rt. Hon. Mohammed Umaru Bago, and other APC flag bearers in the 2027 general elections.

The appointment, which takes immediate effect, is also expected to enhance coordination of the group’s protocol and events as it intensifies preparations for the forthcoming elections.

The leadership congratulated Ndanusa on his appointment and wished him success, urging him to bring his wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of his new responsibilities.

The Like Minds Support Group for Bago 2027 reaffirmed its commitment to grassroots mobilisation and support for Governor Bago and all APC flag bearers, with “Progress through Unity” as its guiding motto.
